Pick up at Dijon train station and transfer to Dijon.
Meet with your local guide and start the day by a walking tour in Dijon where you will enjoy discovering and strolling around the City. This morning enjoy a guided tour of Dijon and appreciate the richness and elegance of its architecture heritage from the Palace of the Dukes of Burgundy to the neighbourhood of Parliament, and from the area of Notre Dame to the medieval streets. Treat yourself to the local specialities and go on to Mulot et Petitjean, the Ginger Bread experts. Enjoy a visit of the factory followed by a tasting session. Stop at Bourgogne Street, a producers shop where you will be able to ask the different producers about their products and learn about all the gastronomic specialities of Bourgogne.
Transfer to the Cassisium Museum. Enjoy an explanation of how the famous Crème de Cassis (blackcurrant) is made, then go on to discover the Vedrenne distillery, and finish by tasting the tasteful Crème de Cassis.

Pick up at your hotel by your driver and your guide. Departure for the Côte de Beaune.
Begin the day by the visit of the family domain Chassagne Montrachet. This domain has been owned for 3 generations by a Burgundian family. They will explain wine-growing techniques as well as offer an enjoyable tasting-session.
Continue by a visit and tasting-session at Santenay domain. The Château de Santenay was the home of Philippe le Hardi from 1342 to 1404. Its history underlines its great collection of wines, especially Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
Regional lunch at Cellier Volnaysien, a fabulous winetasting cellar in Volnay. In an original Burgundian setting, have a taste of the domain’s wines and also appreciate some regional specialities such as snails or “Coq à la lie”.
In the afternoon enjoy a walking tour of Beaune which boasts some exceptional heritage. Surrounded by old ramparts, it is known as the centre for the Burgundy wine trade. The old town contains some remarkable monuments and has some beautiful Renaissance mansions for visitors to admire, as well as pretty half-timbered houses and charming inner courtyards.
Finish the day by the Hotel Dieu for a guided visit. The Hotel Dieu, also called Hospices of Beaune, is a former charitable almshouse and has now become a museum. The beautiful architecture of the building and the many art pieces are breathtaking. Every third Sunday of November a wine auction is organized for charity in the Hotel Dieu.
